About us at Espana Cycling Vacations…Hi, we are Monica and Gustavo Velazquez, your Espana Cycling Vacations hosts. Cycling has always been part of our every day life and our vacations. In 1991 we bicycle toured, self supported, Holland, France, Portugal, Spain, and Greece. We have been married for 25 years; have lived in the northeast and southeast of the United States, Uruguay-South America, and Spain.
Gus, who will be leading the rides, has 30 years experience as a bicycle mechanic and has regularly organized and participated in weekly rides, between racings as a cat. 3 USCF rider. For several years, he also owned and operated his own bicycle store.
Monica, who will drive the support vehicle, has 25 years of managerial, administrative, and customer service experience. Like Gus, she has also been a cycling enthusiast for most of her life.
